AIKpopVideo ("we", "us") operates aikpopvideo.com, an AI K-pop video generator. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email address and password hash when you register, and your sign-in activity.
- Content you upload — photos you upload for image-to-video generation and the prompts you enter.
- Generated content — videos the AI creates for your account, stored so you can download them.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we store your order history and credit balance, never your card number.
- Usage data — pages visited and feature usage, via privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
- To provide the service: authenticate you, generate videos, keep your credit balance.
- To send transactional email (verification, password resets, payment receipts) via Cloudflare Email Service.
- To prevent abuse (rate limits, fraud prevention).
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your uploaded photos or generated videos to train models.
- We do not publish your content — your videos are private to your account.
Storage & processors
Data is stored on Cloudflare (D1 database and R2 object storage). Video generation is processed by our upstream AI provider solely to fulfill your request. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Your rights
You may delete individual videos at any time from your dashboard, and request full account deletion (which removes your data, credits and videos) by emailing privacy@aikpopvideo.com. EU/UK users have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability.
